I think these stories need to stay deep within the bowels of the board.

There is no sense in digging them up?? What good do they do?? They are two years old?? What do they have to do with today?? There are other things that need to be discussed that have more bearing on the here and now.

    Good Luck

It's because the Alex/"Reality Check" tag team are trying to show that the main troublemakers in the thread were Roger and Matt Pacini (via their stories).

While it doesn't make me miss the good ole days, it does make me wonder whatever happened to Hanxth (Scott), Stanley K (Germein) and Alex Gregg...

When I was 13, I was visiting a friend in Baltimore to shoot a movie with him. Much of it was only filming in his house (which we managed to complete), but there was a key scene early in the film that had to be shot at a video store. Luckily, he lived not too far from the video store that Serial Mom had been filmed at, and we got permission to shoot there.

We went out to eat that night at Chuck-E-Cheese...but I guess we had a bit too much fun, as the light was fading FAST, and we had to get in a major hurry to get the rest of the equipment we needed (mainly for recording the sound). I was panicking, and we ended up shooting the exterior part in a storefront that was across town from the store we arranged to shoot at, while we still had SOME light to work with. I decided that we would just avoid looking at windows upon arriving at the real store. We shot the scene successfully once we got there, and, in fact, the manager helped us film a couple of shots. Though I had damn well almost had an anxiety attack, we shot the scene. It would turn out fine....or so I thought.

I realized about three weeks later, when I got the film back from the lab that I had made a silly error that cost the footage...It had never been shot...The cartridge had been full from the beginning, and I forgot to change it. I knew the camera was running, I could hear the shutter...but I forgot to check the counter. And I had a blank roll of new film in my pocket the whole time, too!

(I couldn't resist adding my most humiliating hour with Super 8)

Alex & Reality Check are one and the same person.

This is Alex' pathetic way of making his presence felt on this board, since he was kicked off over a year ago.

Mike, you can expect more of this to come, if you allow "Alex/Realitycheck" to keep posting here, but hey, it's your board.
    Sure is boring though.

Relax, Matt. I was just giving you know who a little more rope.

Will's post seems sincere. Welcome, guy.

I see Reality Check is playing with user names and is now Paradise Lost. OK. That's about to be the end of these games.

In 1990-91 I worked on a 16 mm feature tentatively titled "Alien Beach Party Massacrer," I remember the Director and the Producer laughing about continuity glitches, they know would be occurring.

Like most films, it was shot out of sequences, with the main actors going through this old abandoned home holding candles that would chance in size from scene to scene.

I'm sure it never got finished.

The stupid post office lost my film.
    It was misdelievered twice.
My neighbour directly across the street from me thought I was a Jahovah Witness when i rang his bell just incase if he got my film by accident. He slammed the door on me.
I cried for awhile cause it was a really important shot.

    Eventually it arrived.
